There’s a certain skill and craftsmanship that is required to go into renovations, that people really respect and warm to. There’s nothing better than when a client tells me my work is stunning and breathtaking.
I take a lot of pride in doing that and when I see people step back and see what I just created for them, it reminds me of why I wanted to be a builder in the first place.

There’s something about bringing the character back to old homes. Sometimes it’s restoring them to their former glory, at other times giving them a whole new lease of life for future generations to come. As a builder, these types of ‘makeover’ projects give me a huge amount of satisfaction.
Whilst I love building new homes and we’ve certainly built our share of those in Hanmer Springs at the end of the day there’s nothing like taking a room, house or building that’s looking a bit tired and in need of "TLC", and giving it a true transformation.
